(a) to (d): The Ministry of Tourism extends Central Financial Assistance to States & Union Territories under the flagship scheme of SWADESH DARSHAN and PRASHAD for projects submitted by them subject to adherence of scheme guidelines, inter-se priority and submission of Utilization Certificate for projects sanctioned to them earlier.
