(a) Meitei tribe of Manipur has not been declared as Scheduled Tribe.
(b) Does not arise.
(c) & (d) Recommendation of State Government along with ethnographic report is a pre-requisite for further processing the case for inclusion as Scheduled Tribes. Government of Manipur has not recommended inclusion of Meiteirs community as Scheduled Tribes.
