(a) whether the Government is aware of heavy traffic jam in Bhiwani town and Charkhi Dadri due to absence of bypass in the said locations;
(b) if so, the steps taken by the Government to address the problem of the said traffic jams;
(c) whether the Government proposes to construct bypasses at the said locations;
(d) if so, the details and the present status thereof; and
(e) the time by which the said work is likely to be completed?
