(a) whether it is a fact that Pakistan Inter- national Airlines has purchased land at Connaught Place, Delhi to open its office;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether permission from concerned authorities/ agencies has been obtained in this regard; and
(d) if so, the details thereof?

(a) to (d): As per the records of NDMC, no land has been purchased by M/s Pakistan International Airlines. However,six flats Nos 519, 520, 608, 609, 610 and 611 along with six car parking spaces in the basement in the Narain Manzil,23, Barakhambha road, New Delhi have been purchased by the Pakistan International Airlines. The Directorate of Enforcement has infor- med that on enquiry from M/s Pakistan International Airlines, it was found that they had not obtained prior permission from RBI before purchasing the above properties.
