(a) whether the Government propose to open Defence Aerordromes all over the country for Civil Aviation purposes;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether any kind of security risk is involved in it;
(d) if not, whether it is proposed to construct a civil terminal complex at Pathankot Aerodrome;
(e) if so, the details thereof; and
(f) the time by which an intenational terminal at Rajasansi Airport in Amritsar is likely to be made functional?

(a) :- No, Sir.
(b) & (c) :- Do not arise.
(d) & (e) :- Airports Authority of India is developing a new
civil enclave at Pathankot (Defence) Airport for which the
work has been awarded on 28.6.2001 and is likely to be
completed by the end of June, 2003.
(f) :- The upgradation of Rajasansi Airport in Amritsar
including construction of new international terminal is
likely to be completed by November, 2003.
