(a) whether Hizbul Mujahidin operating in Kashmir has threatened to shoot Indian Planes with auto aircraft missiles; and
(b) if so, the details in this regard and the action taken to counter such threats and also to check the activities of this militant group?

(a) & (b): There are reports available that certain terrorists operating in J&K have acquired a capability to target low flying aircraft.
Appropriate measures continue to be taken to thwart the designs of the militant groups.
