(a) Yes. The 16th All India Whips’ Conference was held on dates 13th and 14th October, 2014 at Goa.
(b) The details of the Agenda items of the Conference and recommendations adopted by the Conference unanimously are enclosed at Annex.
(c) The follow up action on the recommendations so adopted at the Conference is a continuous process after its circulation among the stake holders.
