(a) whether some of the welfare projects are pending for approval with the Union Government;
(b) if so, the details of projects pending due to non-receipt of inquiry report from the State Governments particularly Maharashtra;
(c) the extent of financial assistance sought by the Non-Governmental Organisation working in Maharashtra; and
(d) the time by which the said projects are likely to be approved?

(b) The details of Welfare projects pending due to non-receipt of inquiry report from the State Government particularly Maharashtra are annexed.
(c) The financial assistance is sought by the NGOs according to the norms of the scheme.
(d) The time taken for disposal of application depends upon the receipt of complete documents, recommendations of designated authorities and established need for the project in the area.
