(a) Yes Sir.
(b) During the last five year, the Government has signed Inter-Government Science and Technology Agreements with Denmark, Indonesia, Uzbekistan and USA.
(c) India is sharing its Science & Technology knowledge through various bilateral programmes and contributing to India and partner country’s Science & Technology landscape. These Bilateral Collaborations help in generation of new knowledge, sharing of expertise, cost and optimal utilization of resources, providing access to advanced facilities and sophisticated instruments which are not available domestically and allowed participation in international mega science projects. The collaboration in turn also enhanced the quality and output of scientific research in the country in terms of quality of papers published through International Collaboration and Human Resource Development.
