Question : Four-Lanning of Silchar-Imphal Highway

(a) whether there is any proposal to convert Silchar-Imphal National Highway (NH) from two-lane to four-lane;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether there is any proposal to connect Silchar with Aizawl under Bharatmala Pariyojana; and
