(a) the total amount disbursed under Interest Subvention Scheme
during the last three years and the current year;
(b) whether the Government has any proposal to increase the 2 per cent
interest subvention given on rupee credit of exporters from labour intensive
and SSI due to increased cost of borrowing and if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether the Government has any proposal to extend the interest
subvention scheme to other sectors also; and
(d) if so, the details thereof?

(a): The 2% Interest Subvention Scheme on pre and post shipment rupee
export credit was made available till 31.03.2012 to Handicrafts, Handlooms,
Carpet and Small and Medium Enterprises. The total amount disbursed under
Interest Subvention Scheme during the last three years and the current year
is as given below:
