(a) whether there is any proposal to run Anand Vihar-Muzaffarpur Garib Rath, Train No.12211/12212 daily which operates under Samastipur junction of the East Central Railway Zone Headquartered at Hazipur;
(b) if so, the time by which it is likely to be done; and
(c) if not, the reasons therefor?

(a) to (c) No, Madam. 12211/12212 Muzaffarpur-Anand Vihar (T) Garib Rath Express is presently running in integrated rake link with 22409/22410 Gaya-Anand Vihar (T) Garib Rath Express by utilizing one rake. Hence, increase in frequency of 12211/12212 Muzaffarpur-Anand Vihar (T) Garib Rath Express is not feasible, at present, due to operational and resource constraints.
