(a) the details of recommendations made by the National Advisory Council since
2009 till date;
(b) the recommendations accepted by the Government during the said period;
(c) whether any policy, including legal and constitutional position, has been
formulated by the Council for the Government; and
(d) if so, details thereof?

(a) to (d):The NAC has been constituted to provide inputs in the
formulation of policy by the Government and to provide support to the Government in its
legislative business. Since its reconstitution, NAC has given 31 recommendations to the
Government as per the details given in the Annexure. The recommendations of the NAC are under
various stages of consideration / implementation in various Ministries / Departments. The
