(a) whether Air India has decided to introduce cheap red eye flights on domestic routes;
(b) if so, whether the Government proposes to start the red eye flight on Gaya and Patna airports of Bihar;
(c) if so, the details thereof and whether any time limit has been fixed to start the red-eye flights in the country; and
(d) if so, the details thereof?

(a) : Air India has introduced following Red Eye operations on domestic routes:;

i) Bengaluru-Kochi-Bengaluru from 28.10.2018;
ii) Bengaluru-Ahmedabad-Bengaluru from 30.11.2018;
iii) Delhi-Coimbatore-Delhi from 30.11.2018;
iv) Delhi-Goa-Delhi from 30.11.2018;

(b) : Currently Air India has no plans to start red eye flights from/to Gaya and Patna airports of Bihar.;

(c) & (d) : Does not arise in view of (b) above.
