(a) the names and details of the LPG gas agencies and petrol pumps cancelled during the period
from 1st April, 1999 till 30th June,2007;
(b) the grounds for cancellation;
(c) whether any irregularity had been detected about the cancelled petrol pumps; and
(d) if so, the details thereof?

(a) : Public Sector Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) have cancelled / terminated 194 LPG distributorships
and 1195 Retail Outlets (ROs) during the period from 1st April, 1999 to 30th June 2007 respectively.The
names and details of the cancelled/terminated LPG distributorships and ROs are available with Directors(Marketing) of OMCs concerned.
(b) to (d) : Action for cancellation / termination of the LPG distributorships and ROs was taken in accordance
with the provisions of the Marketing Discipline Guidelines (MDG) for indulging in various established malpractices,
violation of the terms and conditions of the Distributorship Agreement and in compliance of Court orders etc. OMCs
have not reported any irregularity in cancelling/terminating the LPG distributorships and ROs.
