(a) Coal pricing has been decontrolled since 01.01.2000.The coal companies themselves fix the coal price based on input costs, national inflation index etc. and notify the same periodically.

(b) No, Sir.

(c) Does not arise in view of answer given in part (b) of the question.

(d) There is no such categorization for allocation of captive coal mining blocks.
