(a) whether the Government has any plans to extend railway services and introduce new trains in Chhattisgarh in the next financial year;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) the total budget allocated for railway divisions under Chhattisgarh State including Bilaspur Railway Zone during each of the last three years and the current year and the details of the funds utilized during the said period; and
(d) the other measures being taken for the extension of railway services in South East Central Railways providing highest revenue?
