(a) whether the Government has issued any new guidelines for disaster warning;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether any review of the previously existing guidelines in this regard
has been made;
(d) if so, the details thereof and the outcome of the review; and
(e) the manner in which the new guidelines would be effective for an efficient and quick disaster management in the event of major disasters?
