(a ) to (d); Chemical free, low input cost, sustainable Organic farming is promoted under the scheme Paramparagat Krishi Vikas Yojana (PKVY) since 2015-16. Cluster formation of farmers, their capacity building, support for preparation/ procurement of inputs, certification, marketing are major components of the scheme. The scheme provides support of Rs 50,000/hectare/ 3 years of which Rs 31,000 is given as input support directly to farmers.

As on date, 6.19 lakh hectares has been brought under organic farming and 15.47 lakh farmers in 30934 clusters have adopted the sustainable agriculture practice. An amount of Rs1278 crores has been released to States/ UTs/ ICAR institutions/ agencies since inception of the scheme. So far, 13.54 lakh Participatory Guarantee System (PGS) certificates have been issued on PGS portal.
