(a) whether any discussion has been held with the Central Asian countries about road-connectivity
in this region;
(b) if so, the details thereof alongwith the outcome of such discussion; and
(c) the steps taken by the Government for improving road-connectivity with Central Asia?

(b) Does not arise.
(c) This Ministry is responsible for development and maintenance of National Highways (NHs).
There is no direct road connectivity of India with Central Asian Countries. The development
of NHs extending upto borders of neighbouring countries are taken up under different programmes
within the framework of national priorities and as per availability of funds.
