(a) whether the Government has noticed the cases of violation of the rule of reservation for teachers in the universities and institutes in the country:
(b) if so, the details of such universities and institutes in the country, State-wise; and
(c) the action taken by the Government in this regard?

(a) to (c): The policy of reservation in teaching posts in Central Educational Institutions is laid down by the Department of Personnel and Training and the Department of Higher Education. The policy of reservations in State higher educational institutions is regulated by the concerned State Government.
The administrative departments of CEIs and the University Grants Commission (UGC) monitor the implementation of reservation for teachers in the CEIs. Instances of violation of the rule/ policy, whenever reported, are taken up for early resolution. The details of the cases are not centrally maintained.
