(a) whether the Government proposes to operate train no. 14611-14612 up-down daily and attach sleeper and air conditioned coaches keeping public welfare in mind;
(b) if so, the time by which train no. 14611-14612 up-down will run with sleeper and air conditioned coaches; and
(c) if not, the reasons therefor?

(a) to (c) 14611/14612 Amritsar-Gorakhpur Express (weekly) is presently running in integrated rake link with fully unreserved 14603/14604 Amritsar-Saharsa Jan Sadharan Express (weekly) meant for General Class passengers. Hence, increase in frequency of 14611/14612 Amritsar-Gorakhpur Express (weekly) from weekly to daily is not feasible due to operational and resource constraints. Further, 14611/14612 Amritsar-Gorakhpur Express (weekly) is a fully un-reserved train service. As such, attachment of AC and Sleeper class coaches in this train is operationally not feasible, as it will change the very character of such train.
