(a) whether the Government has directed the States to create stocks of foodgrains to control prices and meet any emergency;

(b) if so, the details thereof and the response of the States thereto;

(c) whether the Government has also asked the State Governments to draw funds from the Price Stabilization Fund for the purpose; and

(d) if so, the details thereof?
