(a) whether the Railways propose to conduct an inquiry into the incident of incurring maximum expenditure by IRCON in the Rai Bareli and into serious complaints of corruption in the expenditure;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether the Government is likely to keep the present Chairman and Managing Director and concerned officers under suspension till the completion of inquiry to prevent any obstruction in the inquiry;
(d) if so, the details thereof; and
(e) the time by which the said inquiry is likely to be completed?
