(a) whether the scheme for construction of bypass road for National Highway (NH) number 75 passing through Daltonganj in Palamu district headquarters in Jharkhand was sanctioned in 2013-14, if so, the details thereof;
(b) whether the bypass constructed Chiyanki to Singrakala via Rajwadeeh in Daltonganj; and
(c) if so, the details thereof along with the present status of the said project?

(a) to ( c) The Project for construction of bypass of National Highway No. 75 passing through Daltonganj in Palamu district in the State of Jharkhand was not sanctioned by this Ministry. However, a road from NH-75 connecting Chiyanki to Singrakala via Rajwadeeh and again joining NH-75 was sanctioned by State Government of Jharkhand with their own fund in the year 2013-14. This road is not the part of NH-75.
