Question : New Train from Sarguja to New Delhi

(a) whether any proposal has been put up to run a new direct train from Sarguja parliamentary constituency of Chhattisgarh to New Delhi and if so, the details thereof;

(b) whether a bogie used to be attached to the train upto Ambikapur has now been detached; and

(c) if so, the details thereof along with the reasons therefor?

(a) At present, there is no proposal to introduce new train from Sarguja parliamentary constituency of Chhattisgarh i.e. Ambikapur to New Delhi due to operational and resource constraints.
