Question : Setting up of International Ayurvedic Research Institute

Will the Minister of AYURVEDA, YOGA AND NATUROPATHY, UNANI, SIDDHA AND HOMOEOPATHY (AYUSH) be pleased to state:

(a) whether there is any proposal to set up International Ayurvedic Research Institutes in the country, State/UT-wise including Ratnagiri and Sindhudurg districts of Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh;

(b) if so, the details thereof and the steps taken by the Government in this regard; and

(c) if not, the reasons therefor?
