(a) the names of the organisations engaged by the Government providing employment to those people who successfully complete their training and if not, the reasons therefor; and
(b) the efforts made by the Government for increasing employment opportunities for the above people?
(a) Under the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) (2016-20), the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, various organisations/service providers namely; Sector Skill Councils (SSCs), industrial bodies, District Employment Exchanges/ Model Career Centres National Career Service and empanelled training providers/training centres are facilitating trained candidates in accessing employment opportunities.
(b) Various initiatives are taken under PMKVY to enhance placement opportunities to the certified candidates viz. conduct of Rozgar Melas; placement-link payout and incentivisation @ Rs. 3000 per trainee to TCs post 12 months of trainee retention on employment, post placement support of Rs. 1500 per month per trainee belonging to special areas/special groups; implementation of employer led training model; reallocation of target to TCs based on past placement performance, etc.
