(a) whether the large number of child labourers have been rescued from gold and jewellery factories in Delhi recently;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether any legal action has been taken against the guilty in this regard; and
(d) if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons therefor?

(a) & (b): Yes, Sir. 93 children were rescued from gold and jewellery factories in
Delhi.
(c) & (d):Appropriate action is being taken by the NCT of Delhi under the provisions of Child Labour (Prohibition &
Regulation) Act, 1986.
