THE MINISTER OF STATE IN THE MINISTRY OF URBAN DEVELOPMENT (SHRI SAUGATA ROY)
(a): The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) Ltd. has reported that it has undertaken
increase in the number of coaches in Phase-II of the Project.
(b): Additional 424 coaches are for Broad Gauge route and 196 coaches for Standard Gauge
route of Delhi Metro network.
(c): DMRC is implementing procurement of additional coaches progressively, which is targeted
for completion by first quarter of 2011.
