(a) whether the Government proposes an age waiver for widows allowing them to sit for competitive exams for Government and PSU jobs and tax rebates for single married women (who are separated, divorced or widowed) with children and if so, the details thereof;
(b) whether the Government also proposes for creation of a relief fund for children of those farmers who have committed suicide or are bankrupt, besides offering more incentives for higher education of girl child and if so, the details thereof; and
(c) the time by which these proposals are likely to be implemented?
