(a) whether the Government has received proposals for opening of residential schools for physically and mentally challenged and destitute children in the country including Madhya Pradesh, and if so, the details thereof during the last three years and the current year, State-wise;
(b) whether the Government has considered the said proposals and if so, the details and present status thereof, Statewise; and
(c) the time by which funds are likely to be released and new schools opened for such children?
