(a) whether the Government has formulated any Traffic Management Plan
to improve the traffic situation in Delhi including in rainy season;
(b) if so, the details thereof alongwith the status of implementation;
(c) if not, the reasons therefor; and
(d) the other steps taken by the Government to decongest the traffic and ensure
free and unrestricted movement of traffic in Delhi including in rainy season?
