(a) whether the Government is going to introduce cost effective, easy to use and foldable microscope to explore science for students especially from science stream;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether the department of bio- technology has also decided to collaborate with foreign based Prakash Lab at Standford University for this purpose;
(d) if so, the details thereof and the time by which this cost effective foldable microscope is likely to be introduced and distributed; and
(e) the other steps taken/being taken by the Government to support colleges and university departments offering undergraduate education to improve science teaching?
