Question : Triumph Missile from Russia

(a) whether the Government propose to acquire the new generation S-400 Triumph Missile System from Russia to deal with medium range security threat;

(b) if so, the details thereof;

(c) the salient features of the said missile system;

(d) whether China has already acquired S-400 Triumph Missile System from Russia; and

(e) if so, the details thereof?
