(a) whether the Press Information Bureau has discontinued the services of providing day- to-day newspaper clippings to various Ministries/Departments;

(b) if so, since when it has been discontinued and the reasons therefor;

(c) whether there is any proposal to set up Public Relations Cells within the Ministries/Departments by completing disbanding the PIB; and

(d) if so, the details in this regard?
