Question : MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION FOR CONTESTING ELECTIONS



(a) whether the Govcernment dominate to a large an extent in all the civil suit appeals;

(b) if so, whether despite this the Government`s success rate in appeals in miserably low;

(c) if so, the reasons therefor;

(d) whether the Government would consider reforms in the manner in which decisions to appeal are taken and also to improve substantially the success rate in their appeals; and

(e) if so, the details thereof?

(d) & (e) There is no proposal under consideration to change the existing procedure for taking decisions to file appeals in courts.
