(a) whether the Government has allocated funds to Madhya Pradesh under Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) through the Ministry of Heavy Industries during the last three years;
(b) if so, the names of aspirational districts of Madhya Pradesh along with the details thereof; and
(c) the efforts made by the Government to monitor the expenditure of the said funds by the Ministry of Heavy Industries?

(a) to (c): Department of Heavy Industry does not directly allocate or monitor funds under Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). This is being done by Central Public Sector Enterprises. Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd. (BHEL), a CPSE under the administrative control of this Department has spent Rs.7.36 Lakhs in 2018-19 and 2019-20 in the five aspirational districts of Madhya Pradesh, namely Damoh, Guna, Khandwa, Rajgarh and Vidisha.
