(a) the quantum and value of trade generated along the Line of Control (Indo-Pak) and Nathu La Pass (Indo-Chin
(a) during each of the last three years;
(b) whether the Government has taken note that the trade across the region was adversely affected because of adulteration;
(c) if so, the details thereof indicating the incidents reported in this regard during the said period; and
(d) the steps taken by the Government to check the same and to improve the trade in the coming days?

(a) The total quantum and value of trade generated along the Line of Control (Indo-Pak) i.e. trade through Trade Facilitation Centre (TFC) Chakan-Da-Bagh and TFC Salamabad, (J&K) during the last three years is at Annexure-A.
The total quantum and value of trade generated along Nathu La Pass (India-China) during the last three years is at Annexure-B.
(b) No incidence of adulteration which adversely affected trade has come to the notice of Government.
(c) & (d): Do not arise in view of (b) above.
