(a) the details of the ports awarded ISO 14001 in the year 2014 along with the criteria laid down in this regard;

(a) Kamarajar Port at Ennore has been awarded the ISO 14001:2004 certificate in 2014. The ISO 14001 has laid down 17 criteria for award of the Environment Management System (EMS) certification namely identification of environmental impacts and compliance requirements, environmental management programs.
