(a) whether the Government has taken decision to close down some offices of Food Corporation of India in the country including the FCI office at Munger (Bihar), if so, the reasons therefor;
(b) whether the Government plans to review its decision in the matter;
(c) if so, the details thereof; and

(a): Yes Madam. For better administrative control and smooth running of procurement/ storage and distribution operations, offices /depots of Food Corporation of India are restructured from time to time. However, no decision has been taken to restructure any Depot/Office in the Munger District of Bihar,
(b) to (d): There is no proposal to review the decision taken in the matter.
