(a) whether the Railways has been provided an amount of 7 crore 60 lakh rupees for providing railway facilities for the Kumbh Mela, 2003 in Nasik city of Maharashtra;

(b) if so, whether this amount provided for the purpose is adequate; and

(c) if so, the facilities proposed to be made available with this amount?
