(a) whether the Railways has started Premium Tatkal Ticket facilities for passengers;
(b) if so, the details thereof including the salient features of Premium Class Tickets;
(c) the revenue generated through Premium Class Tickets during each of the last three years and the current year;
(d) whether the Government has achieved the objective for which Premium Tatkal Ticket facility has been introduced and if so, the details thereof;
(e) whether at some point of time the Premium Class Ticket fares are very costly and if so, the details thereof and the reasons therefor;
(f) the steps taken by the Government to reduce the fares of Premium Tatkal Tickets; and
(g) whether refund is not given to the passengers on cancellation of Premium Tatkal tickets and if so, the details thereof and the reasons therefor and the corrective steps taken in this regard?
