(a) to (c) The Competition Commission of India has found 11 cement
companies and a Cement Manufacturersâ Association to be in contravention of
section 3(3)(a) and 3(3)(b) read with Section 3(1) of the Competition Act, 2002
pertaining to anti-competitive agreements and has imposed a penalty of
Rs. 6714.83 crore on them.
