(a) the number of labourers employed by the contractors in each ancillary coal mines under Coal India Ltd. (CIL) during the last three years;
(b) whether payment is being made to the labourers according to agreement by the contractors; and
(c) if not, the steps being taken by the Management against the guilty contractors?
