(a) the criteria adopted for appointment of Oath Commissioners in different
areas/districts;
(b) the details of their qualifications, terms of appointment under their
jurisdictions;
(c) the annual income accrued to the Government from them and head of
account to which this is credited; and
(d) the liabilities of courts/Government towards them?
