(a) whether there are projects pending under Rajiv Awas Yojana in the country, if so, the details thereof, State-wise;
(b) the reasons for pendency of these projects;
(c) whether the Government proposes to include new cities under RAY and also to raise its proportion of assistance to States;
(d) if so, the details thereof; and
(e) if not, the reasons therefor?

(a) & (b): Government has set the target for providing pucca houses to all by 2022. Ministry is in the process of launching a new “Housing for All” mission in place of Rajiv Awas Yojana (RAY). All States/ UTs have been informed that proposals pending for appraisals under RAY may be submitted to this Ministry after launch of the new Mission as per its guidelines.
(c) to (e): No, Madam. As Ministry is in the process of launching a new Scheme in place of RAY.
