(a) whether the Government is aware that a mob removed the national flag on top of the airport terminal at Karipur Airport and hoisted the flag of a political party;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether any inquiry has been conducted into the incident;
(d) if so, the details thereof;
(e) whether any action has been initiated to book the culprits; and
(f) if so, the details thereof?

(a) & (b) No, Sir. The workers of Indian Union Muslim League(IUML) had tied their flag on the communication antenna on the terrace of the domestic terminal building at Karipur Airport in Calicut but National Flag was not removed from its position.
(c) to (f) Airport Director, Karipur Airport and Chief Airport Security Officer(CASO), CISF, Karipur(Calicut) Airport have conducted enquiry about this incident. Two persons have been arrested by local police on the basis of an FIR lodged by Airports Authority of India(AAI) and registered by Kondotty Police Station.
