(a) &(b): There is no proposal to bring out a commemorative
stamp op `Indian Farmer`. A proposal for issue of a
commemorative stamp on `Kargil War` has been received. This
will be placed before the Philatelic Advisory Committee, as
per prescribed procedure on the subject.
