(a) & (b): Yes, Madam. IIT Madras ranked 43rd among 350 Universities, under QS-Asia University
Rankings, 2016. The Institute has jumped 7 positions from the last year. The overall score of the
Institute was 71.0/100.
(c) & (d): Yes, Madam. IISc ranked 33rd in the QS-Asia University Rankings, 2016. IISc also ranks
27th among top 200 Universities in Asia in the Times Higher Education rankings.
